What services do you offer?
▼
Within the current interface we offer a huge time saver: availability checks across many huts in the Alps.
Basic service: immediate availability — you submit a request, and we check the status for the dates you asked for.
Advanced service: “Let me know when a spot opens up” — choose the monitoring period, and we keep checking throughout the day. When availability is found, we’ll email you.
The complementary service is planning the days themselves plus availability checks along a date sequence — including walking routes, variants and alternatives. You can already try it, but note that technical data — elevation gain, kilometers — is not yet reliable.
Try it for free.
How will I receive the availability update?
▼
By email. After submitting a request you get a confirmation, and then — depending on the service you chose:
Immediate one-time — the results are sent to your email.
Monitoring — checks continue through the chosen period, with an email update when availability is found.
Is there an alert for a single bed too, not only for the number of people I asked for?
▼
Yes. We'll update you even when partial availability is found. The level of detail varies between huts: some booking sites show how many places are left, others only show available or full. In the email we'll state exactly what was found, with a direct booking link.
I didn't get an email — what happened?
▼
Check your spam folder and the "Promotions" tab. We recommend adding yourwaytrek@gmail.com to your contacts so our emails arrive directly.
How do I cancel the monitoring?
▼
Every email we send (registration confirmation or availability alert) has a unique link at the bottom for one-click unsubscribe. Clicking it removes the monitoring immediately and automatically.
How long does each check take?
▼
After submitting a request you'll receive a confirmation. The check starts shortly afterwards. In most cases the report is sent quickly, but the duration depends on the number of huts, the date range and the booking sites' availability.
How often does the check run and how long is monitoring active?
▼
The first check runs immediately after the request is sent. After that, the system keeps re-checking hut availability. Timing may vary through the day to keep the information fresh and the product stable and reliable (usually between 10 and20 minutes). Free monitoring is active for up to 4 days. When we spot new availability, we'll email you an update.
Until when is monitoring active, and will you update me?
▼
Until the end date set in the request (on the free tier — up to 4 tracking days). Even after a first alert the agent keeps watching until the end date — more spots may open up. (Monitoring continues until the date you chose if you purchased the paid extension — see pricing.)
How much does it cost? Is there free usage?
▼
You can use it for free for up to 3 requests per email. For monitoring checks, the free period is up to 4 days. To extend the monitoring period or the scope of the check, you can purchase a code and enter it on the site.
When will I be charged?
▼
The first 3 requests per email — free. Beyond that, you purchase an access code (reach out on WhatsApp, pay via PayBox) and enter it in the form before submitting.
What happens if a paid check fails?
▼
If there was a technical failure on a check you paid for — you'll get two extra checks, or a refund if you prefer. For monitoring we'll fix the issue, and if the last check of the monitoring failed — we'll extend it by a day.
Do updates arrive by email only?
▼
For now, yes — all updates are sent by email. Coming soon: WhatsApp updates too.
Do you only support the Dolomites?
▼
No. We’ll gradually add more huts and regions, along with recommended routes and plans. When we don’t know a route from first-hand experience, we’ll say so clearly. Missing a hut or route? Tell us through the feedback form — requests help us decide what to connect next.
